Using Ethereum's smart contracts, we can easily divide 20% of shares in a company into billions of small shares that can be traced back to individual Ethereum portfolios to allow dividends or token sales.
● Ownership
Since the first day of creating a token for a new project, you have 100% ownership of your token. You can send it to whoever you want, exchange it for whatever you want, or even save it in an offline location to be safe.
The Future of Crowdfunding
~ EQ Token will use blockchain technology as a way of crowdfunding equity that is far better and more efficient. The benefits of using a blockchain from an investor's perspective are:

Selling Token
The EQ20 token will be used to raise funds to help start the EQ Token. There will be 70 million tokens sold in total in the initial EQ token exchange offering at a price of $ 0.05 per token to help raise $ 3.5 million.
Token sales will last for 30 days and our minimum target is to sell 35m tokens. If we do not reach the minimum target of token sales on time, all funds will be returned to investors.
1 million EQ20 tokens will be used for promotional purposes to help raise awareness about EQ Tokens and what we plan to achieve (especially through social media competitions).
There will be 4m EQ20 tokens that will be used to reward participants in our prize program. This token will be paid 1 to 2 months after successfully completing the IEO.
The remaining 25 million tokens will be managed by the core development team and can be used to pay for external suppliers.

Some of the main crowdfunding options currently on the market are listed below with their main strengths and weaknesses.
One of our biggest selling points is the fact that we can offer equity to investors. At present there are several alternatives on the market that can also offer shares. These are listed below:
Crowdcube is one of the few crowdfunding stock websites today, but they make 1.5% of your investment and 8% of your total investment. Crowdcube does not pay dividends or allows you to sell your equity at any time. Equity is only paid if the company is sold or goes public.
Seedrs is another crowdfunding equity website that charges a 7.5% fee. Seedrs allows dividend payments, but charges 7.5% for this payment. Seedrs allows shares to be sold to other investors, but you have to work with someone on the Seedrs website to transfer your equity.
COST
We charge a registration fee of $ 200-300 for each project. This will review each project, evaluate the business, and give the project a risk assessment.
~ We charge a 4% fee for every fully funded project.
~ We will have 3% tokens from each project.
~ We charge a 2% fee for all dividends.
