USAT Inc. has a guaranteed product pipeline that generates revenue. Because USAT Inc. is a non-profit organization, legally everyone who is just to access into the organization. The funds that during ICO will be used for project, development and implementation of USAT platform projects and to drive demand for tokens.

USAT tokens are joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents stored in the USAT Inc. IP repository. The USAT Token holder is the owner of some of these patents.

USAT tokens are used in all transactions between the United Scientists Association of Technology Inc. and third parties, including the IP acquisition of the inventor and IP or the sale of the product to non-governmental buyers.

ICO currently involves USAT Inc. issued 1.525 billion USAT Tokens as joint ownership tokens of all current and future patents and trade secrets stored into the USAT Inc. IP repository. All available USAT tokens will be issued during the ICO distribution period. This token issue will be a one time operation and no additional publishing is available for USAT Token
